Welcome to Alchemize Through Integrative Therapeutic Yoga and Psychology

Throughout this course, you will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing. Through the integration of therapeutic yoga and psychology, we will explore the depths of your mind, body, and spirit to uncover hidden truths and unlock your true potential. This course is specifically designed for those who feel lost, burnt out, misunderstood, or have a deep desire to explore the mystical and magical aspects of life.

You will learn how to alchemize your pain into power, your wounds into wisdom, and your struggles into strengths. By combining the ancient practice of yoga with modern psychology techniques, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. Through a supportive community of like-minded individuals, you will be guided through practices and exercises that will help you heal, grow, and ultimately transform into the magician you were always meant to be.

We will meet online through zoom every other Monday at 12pm and every other Tuesday at 2pm starting in February 2025! The Tuesdays at 2pm will have the option for IN PERSON. There will also be occasional evening meetings to accommodate all various schedules! STAY TUNED

Use your body as a vehicle for transformation. Change and return to wholeness happens from within. You were born innocent and pure. You are a bright white light. You are a star. And something or many things taught you to dim your light. Your light is still there deep within you. 

Your breath is the bridge between your inner world and outer world. Everything revolves around breathing. In yoga, each movement, each step, each flow involves an inhale and an exhale. In meditation, the more space between each breath creates more space between each thought to slow down. 

This course and these practices are mostly about slowness. Purposefully activating your nervous system to trust yourself to then slow down. Your natural pace is likely slower than you have been navigating life, likely on auto-pilot. 

I invite you to be curious, willing, intentional, creative, open, and your most truest authentic self in each moment that you step into this course, on your mat, and off. 

There are some aspects that are intellectualized but mostly we will be going within, face your shadows, and come out on a completely new timeline. A new but more true version of yourself. You will learn to alchemize, you will return to your magic. You are your own wizard and YOU AMAZE ME

Homework: Make a playlist for yourself that you title "EMPOWERED" and add songs that truly leave you feeling empowered, amazing, inspired, and energized.
