Authenticity breaks down into "author of your city"

You are the author of your story.

The author of your life. The leader of your life. The creator of your life. Authenticity only exists in the present moment, meaning what you write and create right now impacts the rests.

You are here because you are already empathetic. You would not have been drawn to my work if that was not already YOU. While we love our empathy, it can sometimes lead us to abandon self - that is why the combination of authenticity and empathy in this case is somewhat ironic. Authenticity involves being true to oneself and transparent with others, which builds trust and credibility (incredible) among community. You are here to access more of YOU and connect, to be seen, understood, and to feel confident in self moment by moment.

Are you living by design or default?

You are the leader of your life / of your reality.

You are the author / the writer / the architect / the creator

The answers live in you. Waiting to be birthed. To be breathed out of you.

You only really get to write the present page of your story.

What you write right now will pave the way for the next pages / the next chapter / the sequel

You may have an idea / a desire / a wish

So what may you write right now that leads you closer to that and perhaps that thing happens and perhaps it does not

the truth of right now will lead you either way.

May you trust in the uncertainty.

Authenticity can only ever live in the present / because the present is the only place you exist.

The past you is a memory. The future you is an idea

Only the now you is alive enough to choose.

Authenticity is not / a personality / an aesthetic / or a stable fixed identity

Authenticity is an essence / a felt sense / a value / what you love

When you love you / others will reflect that back

A live signal happening in real time.

"This is the true me right now."

Now what was true yesterday / now what should be true / not what would make someone stay /

Authenticity is the courage to listen inward before performing outward.

Authenticity requires presence because your desires shift / your needs change / your clarity evolves / your boundaries ebb and flow

What is authentic this morning may not be authentic tonight. That does not make you inconsistent. That makes you alive.

so question: Can I meet myself here, right now, before I decide?

because authenticity is not a thing you find / it's a truth you inhabit and embody / moment to moment / it's what you love and know intuitively.

Your love and intuition are your gateway to authenticity.
